Who manages the rentals?
MLP works with a professional management company to provide you with the best possible customer service. We are not a property management company. We believe in partnering with companies specializing in property management and work with them on every property.
What are the terms?
The initial rental term is for one year. We want our tenants to treat our properties like their own, which is why we ask for a one year commitment. After one year, you have the option to renew for another year or sign a month-to-month rental agreement. Our tenants love our homes and service; most of the tenants renew for another year.
Do you offer Rent-to-Owns?
Yes! We will sit down with you, along with a residential lending partner, to determine if this is an option for you. Our goal is to get clients into home ownership. If it is an attainable short- term goal, we will work with you to accomplish your dream.
